Movie, Report 2

The film “kung fu Panda” Directed by Mark Osborne and John Stevenson tells us the story of how a “fat flabby Panda” named Po becomes a Kung Fu master. This animated film is placed in China in the “Valley of peace” where the furious 5 protect the valley. The furious 5 live at the jay place, which is at the top of a mountain in the valley. These 5 are trained by master shi-fu, and master oogway who is a wise and powerful turtle. Po lives in the village just below the jay place. A ceremony is held to decide the dragon war ( the warrior chosen to claim the dragon scroll which is said to hold “limitless power”. After falling from the sky Po lands in the middle of the ceremony and falls into the middle of the event at the same time oogway chooses po to become the dragon warrior. From here pos journey begins.

In the field “kung fu panda” directed by Mark Osborne and john stevens a message I took from the film is to follow your dream. Before going to the jay palace, Po was adopted and raised in a noodle shop where him and his dad(a goose) ranch saddle shop in the valley of peace. Po was also a fan of kung fu and furious five, which is seen by the posters and action figures he has in his room.  The opening scene shows a short story of Panda who is a master at Kung and fights along the side the furious 5. However this all simply a dream, and after he wakes up he has to go to work in his noodle shop again. This shows how Po desires to become a kung fu master and that it his dream to be one, but is limited and held back by his job with his dad. Po has an important conversation with his Dad about dreams and pursuing a career in something that isn’t noodles “ but dad don’t u ever wanna… I don’t know, wanna do something else, something besides noodles” Dad replies “actually when I was young and crazy I thought about running away and learning how to make tofu “ po replies “so why didn’t you “ where his dad replies “ oh because it was just a stupid dream”. This affects po as it shows him what the rest of his life would be like i didn’t follow his dream and forget about kung fu, held be stuck up in a noodle shop no threat of his days. So after a series of events that festival for the dragon warrior po is chosen as the dragon warrior. Master Shifu and the furious 5 are in disbelief of oogway’s decision, and Po is a sign he ance to either leave or stay after being shown the kind of training he will have to go through. Po decides to stay and follow his dream. This tells us how Po has a lot of integrity to follow his dreams. He is talked about behind his back and made fun of. However, he does not retaliate and keeps his good nature, and stays to train with the 5. Eventually, he through determination and hard work learns kung fu and becomes a great kung fu warrior. The reason that this can interest for year 12 and 13 students is that Po sets an example for us, and can inspire us. He teaches to never give up or give in to anything, and if we work hard we will accomplish dreams no matter how big they are. Weather, it’s becoming a kung fu master, become an all-black, or successful business person, that as long as we never give up we will get there. That is why I would recommend this film to another year 12 and 13 students as it the character pos can inspire us to great things.

Message I got from the film “kung fu Panda” directed by Mark Osbourne and john stevens is to always be yourself. IN the film the dragon scroll is something granted to some worthy and names the dragon warrior. The scroll is said to hold limitless power, to the one worthy of opening it. Po was named the dragon warrior and trained with master shi fu so that he was worthy to be granted that amount of power. After opening the scroll it is actually blank sheet of gold reflective paper. In disbelief master, Shifu and the 5 looks and also see nothing, apart from their reflection looking back at them. Confused the furious 5 clear the village in preparation for thai lung return to bring them to safety. PO then ignores ut the secret to the dragon scroll after his dad tells him the secret ingredient in his noodles. “the secret ingredient is… nothing, it’s just noodles” his dad says to Po. Po then looks at dragon scroll and figures out the scroll doesn’t mean anything and that to be the dragon warrior all you need to do is be yourself. Self-belief is very important as it allows comfortable in your skin, and not give in to what people say about you matter where you come from or what you look like. Po then accepts ts and lies he just has to believe in himself and fight a way only he can fight. This can teach year 12 and 13 students to not be ashamed of where they come from or how they look and they that their perfect the way they are. That we don’t have to change ourselves just so someone else thinks they should. This can give students self-belief when any sort of exam or sport hinge as well because it shows no matter how intelligent or athletic you are, that we should always give it our best shot ad do everything that you as pern can do, and that’s all that anyone can ask for. That is why The message of self-belief from the dragon scroll can be related to year 12 and 13 students.

In the film “Kung Fu Panda” directed by Mark Osbourne and John Stevens challenge that a crocheter had to overcome was Po having to overcome was to be accepted the jay place and Kung fu warrior. After being naked the dragon warrior Po must stay in jay place, that night he is told by Master tigress, who Po is probably the biggest fan of that doesn’t belong at the kay place and is a disgrace kung fu. This shows how To clearly isn’t accepted in the jay place. Master oogway then find Po stuffing his face the sacred peach tree of heavenly wisdom. Oogway understands that Po eats when is upset and talks Po I explaining how he is feeling. Here is when Po explains how was probably the worst person in Kung fu history ever today, and that he isn’t like the rest of the furious 5. This also tells us how Porea feels out place and that he is considering quitting and going back to his noodle shop. Oogway then replies” you are too concerned with what was and we will be… there is saying, ” Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery but today is a gift that is why they call it the present”. This tells Po that doesn’t worry about what has happened or what is going to happen, just focus on what he right now to make things better and help me feel better. Po responds to the challenge of being accepted n takes oogway advice and is found in the training ground early more After a series of events Shi fu then trains Po 1 on 1, In a way that is unique for PO. o then becomes worthy of the title Dragon warrior after rigorous training. After this Po is then accepted by the 5 and a great asset to kung fu and the jay place. Year 12 or 13 students may relate to this when coming to a New school or joining a group or club. It aches us to focus on us right now and to do the beer can at the present moment, and will make things work out and if at easier. It teaches us that we should not dawdle or worry about what has happened in toast, and not to be scared of what the future holds but that if we live for the present, enjoy life and focus on doing your best at the present moment no matter you are doing,it will make life easier, and that things will work out in the end. This is how the challenge Po-faced and how he responded to it can be relatable to year 12 adn13 status, as it teaches us to live in the present.

In conclusion, I would recommend the film “Kung fu panda” directed by Mark Osbourne and John Stevens to the other 12 and 13 students. This is because the film demonstrated positive and inspiring messages through characters, plot twists and challenges in the film. It tees us many things as year 12 and 13 students, that we should follow our dream, believing ourselves and live in the rest These messages can relate and inspire year 12 and 13 cents to do their best in life. That is why I would recommend the Film “ kung fu panda to other ye12 and 13 students.
